This page sets out which personal information TechMitra (mobile.sarkarikbs.in) gathers, the reasons behind it and the options open to you. The site is owned and operated by Lokesh Rathore, the person accountable for that information. You can reach him at contact@allvacancyalert.com.
Information that reaches us
- What you write to us. When you fill in our contact form or send us an email, we receive your name, email address, the subject line and the message itself. Anything submitted through the form is saved in the site’s database and also delivered to our inbox.
- Server and browser details. As happens on any website, our server logs your IP address, the kind of browser you use, the page requested and the time of the request. Our host holds on to these access logs for roughly 10 days so the site stays safe and runs properly.
- Light or dark mode setting. Switching between the light and dark themes stores that preference in local storage inside your own browser. It never reaches us.
- Ad cookies. These are covered in the advertising section further down.
You never need to sign up for an account here, and commenting is turned off across the site. At present we run neither Google Analytics nor any other analytics tool that tracks visitors. Should we ever add one, this policy will be revised before that happens.
Ads on TechMitra (Google AdSense)
The advertisements on this site are served through Google AdSense.
- Google and other third-party vendors place cookies so they can show you ads based on your earlier visits to this website or to other websites.
- Advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to serve you ads drawing on your visits to this site, to other sites on the Internet, or to both.

Why we use this information
- To answer what you send us and correct any errors you point out.
- To protect the site, block spam and misuse, and sort out technical faults.
- To display the ads that fund TechMitra, as explained in the section above.
Your personal data is never sold by us.
Who else may receive it
- OVHcloud, our web host, whose server in Mumbai, India holds the website and its logs.
- Google, to run the advertising explained earlier.
- Authorities, whenever we are legally required to share it.
Retention periods
- Emails and contact form messages: kept for a maximum of 24 months and then deleted, except where we need them for longer to deal with a complaint or meet a legal obligation.
- Server access logs: roughly 10 days.
What you can ask us to do
India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you the right to find out what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to withdraw any consent you have already given. You may also nominate someone else to use these rights on your behalf. Write to contact@allvacancyalert.com and you will hear back within 15 days. If our response leaves you unsatisfied, you are entitled to file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
Under-18s
TechMitra is intended for adult readers. We do not knowingly gather personal data from anyone below 18 years of age. If you believe a child has shared personal data with us, let us know and we will erase it.
Keeping data safe
Every page loads over HTTPS, the server is kept up to date and entry to the admin area is restricted. While no way of storing data online can be called fully secure, we make every effort to keep your information protected.

Whenever this policy is revised, the date shown at the top of the page changes too. Any major revisions will also be mentioned in this section.
